Requirements Master, MPhil, or Ph D in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Medical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, or equivalent discipline. At least two years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Hands-on experience in developing oral solid pharmaceutical products, including formulation and process development. Proficient in analytical and chromatographic methods such as HPLC, LC-MS, DSC, particle analysis, etc., and familiar with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Familiar with GMP/c GMP and other quality management systems is preferred. Basic knowledge of product registration, regulatory compliance, and new drug application is beneficial. Ability in data interpretation, troubleshooting, and problem solving. Job Duties: Manage new and generic drug product development projects. Oversee product design, experimental planning, data analysis, documentation, and filing. Provide technical support for quality control, validation, and evaluation. Participate in tech transfer of products. Support sourcing of new APIs and excipients. Communicate with internal and external parties during product development.
