Supports field sales organization to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and the organization’s overall business goals. Drive and support implementation of sales strategy in field organization (e.g. go to market approach, performance improvement, business development plans, efficiency programs, introduction of new systems and tools, people development). Drive the improvement of sales processes, tools, systems and policies. Support and coach field sales organization in driving systematic sales management, consultative value sales approach and Key Accounts Management. Drive Sales process harmonization/simplification, supported by tools and systems. Identify and fix pain points from the field. Define and track KPI’s to drive performance improvement action. Main collaboration partners are OU field sales organizations, PLM, MFG, IT, BU and OU Management. Represent AP in global Sales meetings. AP Contact for Global Key accounts.
