Manage a team of 11 in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to deliver high-quality customer services and provide offers to global customers. Report to the Board for the weekly Operations status with highlights. Present in the Quarterly Review Meetings or other regular meetings for Supply Chain updates with key customers. Work with Business Development and Key Account team for preparing the company’s sales budget. Lead the company’s customer-oriented process and system transformation for optimization and digitalization. Work with cross-functions especially PPC/PMC and PM to ensure on-time deliveries. CRM management across the globe. DUTIES: Degree.10 years or above working experience in order processing, supply chain, and customer services for an international consumer electronics manufacturing company. Good communication & presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Ability to work under pressure, work independently, self-motivated, customer-first mindset, meet customer’s expectations. Provide proactive guidance and solutions to CS & Sales team in times of need.
