L&D initiatives and contribute to regional talent strategies Collaborative work environment with opportunities for career progession L&D initiatives and contribute to regional talent strategies Collaborative work environment with opportunities for career progession About Our Client Our client, a leading organization in engineering sector, is renowned for its commitment to innovation and sustainable development across the Asia-Pacific region. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Coordinator specializing in Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives and support organizational growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Job Description Assist in the full spectrum of L&D functions for the Hong Kong office, including designing and delivering training programs. Conduct monthly training delivery program, regularly updating and refining presentation materials to ensure relevance and engagement. Lead the Hong Kong Graduate Programme and coordinate the HKIE Scheme 'A' Graduate Training and Continuing Professional Development initiatives. Oversee the Summer Internship Programme, managing end-to-end processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Collaborate with the Regional Talent & Development team to implement the Performance & Development Review process using the HR system. Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify training needs and align L&D initiatives with organizational goals. Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports, including training dashboards and metrics, to track participation, effectiveness, and budget utilization. Administer training-related systems (e.g., HRIS or LMS) to ensure data integrity and streamlined processes. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, preferably within engineering, or related industries. Proven hands-on experience in managing L&D programs, including graduate training, internships, or induction processes. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with a proactive and people-oriented approach. Fluency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager, Talent & Development role.
