Oversee and ensure the successful execution of crucial mechanical engineering processes throughout the product development cycle, including ID analysis, conceptualization and design, prototype formulation, and manufacturing processes. Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas customers, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of project milestones. Define and establish frameworks for the design and verification of mechanical parts, ensuring product reliability and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align project requirements and drive successful project outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity in Consumer Electronics in trading. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and coordinate efforts across multiple departments. Proactive in establishing connections with external inventors to explore new product inventions, materials, and the latest technologies that can contribute to product development. Extensive knowledge of plastic materials and experience in plastic injection. Solid knowledge and experience in small electronic device design. Expertise in using 3 D CAD systems (Pro-E/Solid Works preferred). Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
