A Japanese trading and manufacturing company of electronic products for Asian markets Job Description Assist Sales Manager to monitor the smooth sales operation and logistics workflow Coordinate with South East Asian customers and internal parties on orders follow up Provide sales administration support on preparing sales materials and regular reports Manage sales order processing and logistics coordination to ensure the timely delivery Responsible for preparing purchase orders & quotation and reviewing sales contracts Maintain efficient sales database by SAP system and perform ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements University graduate in Business Studies or related disciplines5-6 years relevant experience in sales administration and order processing Solid experience in trading or manufacturing company, preferably in MNCs Prior exposure in handling South East Asia market is a great advantage Experience in reviewing sales contracts and reviewing shipment schedules Customer-oriented, energetic, detail-minded with good communication skills Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, preferably with SAP knowledge Proficient in communication of spoken & written English and Mandarin Immediate available is a definite advantage Job Type: Permanent Full/Part-time: Full Time Location: Kwai Fong Salary: HK$32,000-35,000.00 Benefit: 5-day work / Double Pay / Year-end Bonus / Medical & Dental Scheme / Birthday Leave / Transportation Allowance Contact: info@job-hunter.com.hk Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only
