What You'll Bring: Technical Institutes graduate or certificate holder or above in Computer Science or Information Technology At least 3 years relevant experience in computer operation support Support knowledge and experience of MS office, Windows operating systems & Exchange Server Able to work under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS products Basic knowledge of cloud technology, network & security tools is an advantage Impact You'll Make: Perform daily system operations, internal users and external customers help desk support, PC/Laptop/Network installation and maintenance, end user application support, data center operations support and non-office hour support End user computing and mobile device support IT inventory and assets management IT procurement and vendor management support Communicate with different parties including customers, service providers, and office end-users Respond to end user/customer service ticket requests and technical support hotline Install and configure computer hardware and operating systems Develop and prepare support documentation and procedures for different supporting tasks Flexible working schedule (such as system maintenance work at night time)Vulnerability management and Security Remediation Support This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
