Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications based on the job requirements. Arrange and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to both parties throughout the interview process. Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Assess candidate qualifications, interview feedback, and any relevant assessments or tests to determine the best fit for the position. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and other relevant information. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the job market. Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies and best practices. Key Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of working experience in recruitment in sizeable organization. Experience and knowledge of the Retail/ FMCG sectors would be an advantage. Attention to details, proactive, willing to learn and be a team player. Strong relationship management and good communication skills. Ability to record and present data accurately and with impact.
