Job Description
Review global chemical regulations
Provide technical support and consultancy to operations / customer services / frontlines / clients
Organize and delivering seminar and training (internal and external)
Develop new services upon client’s specification or updated requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related science disciplines
Minimum 3 years solid experience in testing laboratory
Knowledge of international regulation and testing standard
Knowledge of Hardlines Products (e.g. Toys, Food Contact, Sundries, etc)
Independent, responsible and flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizing and presentation skills in service delivery
Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment
Good command of English and mandarin, both written and spoken
Experience in product manufacturing and laboratory operations is preferred
Experience in customer services is an advantage
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Services Executive
