An European based medical device company Job Description Leading a dedicated Technical services team to provide high-quality technical solutions to customers Supervise the team and provide guidance to teammates on day-to-day operation Closely liaise, communicate in providing a professional and prompt communications with client and operational stakeholders on aspects from routine technical service performances to ad hoc project status Implement preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure equipment are in healthy condition Regular Customer Visit and provide technology consulting support to internal / external customers in promoting customer satisfaction Establish and maintain the standard service procedures of various projects and programs Prepare annual budget for routine technical support and ad-hoc projects Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 10 years working experience in technical service field, of which 4 years at supervisory level Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong sense of responsibility and with customer-centric mentality Good interpersonal and communication skill Candidates with less experiences might be considered as Technical Services Supervisor Job ID CW1099 TSSA Function Employment Type Permanent Salary Range Negotiable Yr(s) of Exp 10 years Education Required Bachelor degree in Bio-Medical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
