The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high‑caliber candidate to join our Nanjing Office.
Responsibilities
負責代表處日常行政及財務相關工作
參與策劃並執行香港貿發局在江蘇及香港舉辦的各項活動
拓展與江蘇相關政府部門、商協會、香港團體以及企業的交流與合作
收集市場及行業資訊並草擬相關報告
Requirements
重點大學本科或以上學歷
3年或以上工作經驗市場推廣、活動組織策劃、公關、行政財務相關工作經驗，有與政府/事業單位、公營機構等合作經驗的優先
擅長活動策劃和執行
性格開朗，有較強的溝通能力、人際交往能力和項目協調能力
優秀的中、英文表達能力及寫作能力
英語流利、會粵語者佳
獨立工作能力強，同時具備團隊合作精神；有條理，細心
願意出差，能始終保持工作熱誠
Remuneration and Benefits
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed‑term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
