A market leader of real estate developer is actively hiring an experienced marketing and promotion expert to join their group to manage a landmark and prestige shopping mall in the Mainland.
Responsibilities
Lead HK and China local teams in planning and executing the marketing and promotional activities of a shopping mall in China
Devise and execute effective marketing & communication strategic plans to achieve business goals and further enhance mall image
Explore marketing opportunities and coordinate joint promotions with business partners
Drive and develop thematic and tactical promotions to draw market attention and boost traffic as well as budget management
Develop and implement strategy to attract and retain VIP customers
Oversee all PR and publicity activities, event management and CRM management
Requirements
University graduates in marketing or communications or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years in marketing leadership role
Candidates with backgrounds in real estate development, agency firms, or production houses, with solid experience in marketing and promotional activities at high-end shopping malls will be preferred
Extensive knowledge in China market and with strong business acumen
Keep abreast of the latest trends in fashion, technology, and consumer behaviour
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a holistic thinking approach
Resourceful, self‑motivated and able to meet tight deadline
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Frequent travel to China will be required
