Role Overview As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact marketing strategy that accelerates growth, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement.
You'll lead a dynamic marketing team, oversee demand generation, digital marketing, branding, PR, and customer lifecycle marketing—all while aligning with our aggressive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the company's marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive rapid growth.
Know how to coordinate cross-functional marketing team members—including content marketing, design, product marketing, and SEO/ASO—to achieve strong brand presence Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (digital, content, design, growth, etc.).
Growth & Demand Generation Lead performance marketing (paid social, SEM, SEO, affiliate, etc.) to optimize CAC and maximize ROI.
Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) across digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, ads).
Develop and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies (email, content, partnerships, influencer marketing).
Establish KPIs, track performance, and report on marketing ROI to the executive team.
Branding & Public Relation Elevate brand positioning and storytelling to differentiate Redot Pay in the fintech space.
Manage PR, thought leadership, and media relations to enhance credibility and visibility.
Oversee creative direction, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Product & Customer Marketing Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Develop customer retention and engagement programs (loyalty, referral, lifecycle marketing).
Leverage data and analytics to refine customer segmentation and personalize marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience Rich marketing leadership experience, preferably in fintech, Saa S, or high-growth startups .
Proven track record of being a Marketing Team Leader in a Fintech/Internet/Global Institutions Deep expertise in performance marketing (paid ads, SEO, email, social), analytics, and martech .
Experienced in managing media relationships and handling PR/crisis communications effectively Experience leading high-impact GTM strategies, partnerships, and PR initiatives .
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
