The Company : British company over 50 years history HK office: trading and sourcing office with showroom Main products: household, seasonal, sundries, toys, gift & premium...etc Main market: Europe We are looking for Marketing Executive - with details as follows : The Job : Reporting: Report directly to the Marketing Manager. Customer Service: Provide professional service to assigned overseas customers. Requirements Understanding: Understand customer and product requirements thoroughly. Order and Client Follow-Up: Follow up on orders from a client service perspective in a professional and timely manner. Relationship Building: Build and enhance relationships with customers. Showroom Visits: Accompany customers to visit the showroom in the Hong Kong office during their trips. Trade Shows and Events: Attend trade shows and events, following up on enquiries. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure total customer satisfaction. Experience: 5+ years experience in consumer products for overseas markets; experience in the European market is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or customer service is highly preferred. Product Knowledge: Knowledge of sundries, seasonal items, household products, toys, gifts, and premiums is a significant advantage. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
