Our client, a well-known Luxury Brand, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Support the team on full spectrum marketing activations implementation and execution, including PR, media, social, Trade, CRM and Visual Merchandising. Coordinate and communicate among HQ, internal teams, agencies, boutiques, and any external parties. Support the copywriting, translation, and visual adaptation for marketing materials. Arrange logistics, including media product loan, marketing material deployment, and PR gifting to media, celebrities, and KOL. Organize marketing library of media assets and PR assets from both HQ and local market. Support marketing administrative work including reports, deployment, data consolidation, and invoicing. Manage the marketing material stock inventory, including PR samples, gifts, and display materials. Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirements Experience in supporting marketing activations across various channels. Strong coordination and communication skills among diverse teams. Proficiency in copywriting, translation, and visual adaptation. Experience in logistics management related to marketing materials. Ability to organize and manage media and PR assets effectively. Familiarity with marketing administrative tasks including reporting and invoicing. Experience in managing inventory of marketing materials.
