Job responsibilities: Implement and execute on marketing plans and communication strategy to achieving the business objectives Manage all the marketing activities including digital marketing, promotional campaigns and brand building Develop customer acquisition programs to build the customer database by retaining existing customers and recruiting new customers Keep track on the market trend Collaborate closely with internal and external parties to ensure good execution of marketing activities Create relevant and engaging content for our brand’s social media and/or digital channels such as blogs/Forum/Facebook/IG/小紅書/Threats... to generate business leads Develop and manage existing and new online channels, monitor and work closely with online partners and platforms Responsible for budgeting control and sales analysis Generate various reports periodically to review on the effectiveness and share insights for improvement Responsible for company external / internal event Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related discipline will be an advantage Minimum 5 years relevant experience in brand management in beauty/cosmetic/retail industry Past experience with online community management, copy writing, blogging and/or E-commerce platform development Creative, people oriented, dynamic and resourceful with strong market knowledge within major online platforms Strong leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills Strategic thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning Able to work independently and under pressure
