Overview Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving Jo Malone APAC brand growth as well as market share gain in key categories by implementing tailored Go-To-Market across the region, hand in hand with our affiliate markets while guiding Jo Malone London Global team on APAC needs. The role involves end-to-end marketing campaign management, market and campaign analysis, marketing operations (pricing, forecast recommendation, excess management) as well as strong collaboration with the multi-functional team (Digital Commerce and Marketing (DCM); Demand & Supply etc.)Jo Malone London is a renowned luxury British brand offering scented lifestyle products (fragrance, bath & body and home) to our consumers across the world. Key Responsibilities:360 Marketing and GTM Planning• Establish the regional marketing calendar for the assigned brand pillar (pod) and make recommendations to fit regional needs based on inputs from the Affiliates, consumer insights and channel needs.• Drive the development of 360 GTM plans for campaigns, working with Region Digital Commerce and Marketing (DCM including Brand Online, Media, CRM and Analytics) and Region Commercial.• Work with Regional DCM in media planning for omnichannel marketing campaigns for affiliate to execute and perform on-going optimization to create a consumer focused and consistent brand experience.• Support regional product strategy and GTM plans for all affiliates including product assortment, pricing, sampling, forecasting and promotion.• Partner with Brand Online team to optimize online presence and engagement across platforms.• Work closely with Region CRM to incorporate GTM plans for customer acquisition & retention to support growth of the brand across the Region. Support Affiliates for Execution Excellence• Cascade annual brand marketing calendar to affiliate brand for pre-campaign preparations and socialization locally.• Cascade detailed omnichannel GTM plans, tailored for APAC, with affiliates for local execution and provide guidance to affiliates to ensure 360 and advertising consistency and excellence in execution.• Adapt global assets for regional relevancy and create regional assets partners with Region Creative or agencies (for asset gaps from global) to support affiliate’s GTM executions. Support with Regional initiatives when needed. • Partner with Region Education to ensure POS are well-equipped and trained to support GTM activations in affiliates for end-to-end consumer experiences.• Partner with Region VM/Store Design team to create regional visual merchandising guideline to ensure consistent brand in-store experiences.• Gather and document local market needs and present findings to the team• Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing campaigns• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor analysis• Support the Marketing Director on adhoc tasks as necessary Key Requirements• Prior experience in 360 Marketing (preferably in Beauty, Luxury or a Lifestyle brand) • Strong analytical skills• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Detail orientated with strong sense of work prioritization• Passion for new technologies and digital trends
