Description

Job Responsibilities: 1.

Handle daily office administrative tasks, including document organization, file management, and meeting arrangements.

2.

Greet and assist visitors, providing timely and accurate information.

3.

Assist in internal communication and coordination to ensure smooth information flow.

4.

Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, maintenance, and upkeep.

5.

Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.

6.

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: 1.

Associate degree or higher, preferably in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.

2.

At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with preference for office-related roles.

3.

Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.

4.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and patience.

5.

High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit.

6.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
