Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI IT Infrastructure Manager to support the operation and maintenance of our AI computing environment.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of VMware virtualization, Windows Server, x86 systems, storage solutions, AD authentication, and basic cybersecurity principles.
This role focuses on daily operations, incident response, and supporting infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior supervisors.
Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Operations Support: Assist in managing AI HPC Systems, VMware environments, Windows Server systems, and x86 infrastructure Perform routine maintenance tasks including system monitoring, patching, and basic troubleshooting Support incident management processes and escalate complex issues when required Security & Access Management: Help maintain AD authentication systems and bastion host configurations Assist with security compliance tasks and documentation Participate in basic security monitoring and vulnerability remediation Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior infrastructure supervisors and cross-functional teams Help maintain system documentation and operational procedures Provide guidance to junior team members on standard operations Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience:5-8 years in IT infrastructure operations, preferably in enterprise environments Working with knowledge of Nvidia AI HPC, VMware, Windows Server, x86 systems, and storage solutions Basic understanding of AD, network security, and infrastructure best practices Certifications (Preferred but not required): Nvidia, VMware VCA/VCP, Microsoft MCSA, or equivalent foundational certifications Language Skills: Proficient in English and Mandarin Cantonese is a plus Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of AI infrastructure concepts Familiarity with scripting for automation (Power Shell/Python)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Interested parties please apply in full resume with current and expected salary by e-mail to.
