Responsibilities: Formulate and implement leasing and tender/negotiation strategy to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue Manage leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out coordination and monitoring of licensees' performances, etc. to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIADrive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including technovation and data analytics initiatives Conduct market studies and prepare show suites and marketing collaterals for Terminal 2/ Terminal 2 Concourse retail portfolio Any ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines with a t least 8 years' relevant experience in retail leasing and management industry with sizeable organisations Good understanding of retail leasing practice Strong connections with retail brands and F&B operators Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
