Key Responsibilities Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work through sourcing methods such as database, wide range of media and network Building up your own network of candidates with deep understanding on their profile Match the right person to the client's vacancy Guiding the candidates throughout the application process and providing the professional insights and advice as they needed Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
