Job Responsibilities Report to Banquet Service Manager & supervise the work of the banquet service team to ensure quality service is extended to every banquet guest. Attend daily Banquet Event Order (BEO) function meeting, review and communicate any additional set-up requirements with Event Management Team and/or Banquet Chef. Conduct “Pre-Function Briefings” to ensure up-to-date details or changes on banquet functions are communicated to the team. Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure all set-ups are presented in accordance to the guests’ requirements. Requirements5 years operation service experience. Good organization skills with multi-tasking. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Certification in wine and spirits is advantageous. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Banquet Supervisor.
