Role & Responsibilities This position is part of the Category team within Division Marketing, reporting to the Category Team. The main responsibility is the deployment of all Division-led projects across Hubs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead deployment of Key Division projects across Hubs by managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and activities.
Collaborate with internal and external partners including Design, Insights, R&D, Platforms teams, and agencies.
Create and deploy GTM workbooks for division-led launches, re-launches, and activations.
Support the Category Teams in implementing key activities across the division.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or Business.
5+ years in an innovation role, including leading breakthrough innovations, with a strong supply chain background.
Experience in FMCG, technology, devices, electronics, or connected health is a plus.
Proven creative problem-solving and project management skills.
Experience in driving new thinking and organizational change.
