Responsibilities: Act as end user support at 1st level on system and network. Perform troubleshooting and helpdesk function on application systems. Responsible for daily IT operations, such as installation, removal, and upgrade of hardware and software. Work closely with IT HQ team in Shanghai to deliver IT projects and initiatives. Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements: Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related disciplines.1-2 years relevant experience. Experience in retail industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Good command of written and spoken Chinese including Putonghua.
