We are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working in a refined restaurant environment with an open kitchen setting.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support staff development and performance evaluations.
Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Foster a welcoming and refined atmosphere.
Service Excellence: Uphold fine dining service protocols, ensuring consistency in table settings, etiquette, and presentation.
Reservation & Seating Management: Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of service-related items (e.g., linens, glassware, menus) and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role within a fine dining restaurant setting is required.
Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.
Excellent judgment, problem-solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.
Hong Kong resident only.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
