Objective of the Position You will support the strategic planning and growth of the Yes Style Influencer Program, executing events for Spanish-speaking countries. This role involves identifying new influencers, exploring business growth opportunities, and managing social media channels to enhance presence and engagement. What You'll Do Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors for the Spanish market to support global expansion. Research local markets and competitors to provide insights for gaining competitive advantages. Create innovative campaigns to engage influencers and build long-term relationships. Manage day-to-day social media operations, including strategy, content creation, and inquiries. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, conduct market and competitor analysis, and develop strategic initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams for joint projects. What You Have Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in digital or influencer marketing, preferably in fashion or beauty. Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to build influencer relationships. Adaptability, multi-tasking skills, and a keen eye on fashion and beauty trends. Proactive, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solver. Experience with social media management tools and content creation. Interest or experience in e-commerce and digital marketing; prior work with European influencers is advantageous.
