Responsibilities: Identify education and training needs and develop annual training plan in HK & Macau to support business growth and drive sales performance; Be a brand ambassador: Story telling, Build positive brand image through enhancement of service and sales standards; Deliver In-store training programs including Coaching Skills, Selling Skills, Quality Services and conduct orientation to the new joiners; Develop and conduct professional education programs and CRM programs with manuals & materials to our key stakeholders (i.e., Fashion Advisors, Store Supervisors and Managers) to support the growth of business and sales performance; Influence the attitudes and mindsets of the retail teams with a focus on driving sales, developing clientele, meeting and exceeding the client experience objectives of the company; Provide regular training calendar and work out monthly field coaching summary and action plans for management's review; Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
