The Opportunity Hult International Business School is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented student recruiter to join our team in Hong Kong, helping to elevate our recruitment efforts. As part of our growing team in Hong Kong, you will play a key role and be rewarded based on your drive, innovative ideas, and results against clear KPIs. Location: This role requires relocation to Hong Kong, the Asia Pacific headquarters, with frequent business trips. Visa sponsorship is available if needed. Responsibilities: Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events, hosting regional info sessions and meet-and-greets in targeted cities. Advise prospective students in person or via telephone, guiding them through the recruitment and admission process. Make cold calls to find qualified candidates (average of 70 calls per day). Nurture relationships from initial contact through to student enrollment. Implement a state-of-the-art customer service approach. May require relocation to Hong Kong or a hybrid work setup. Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in higher education marketing in SEA countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or the Philippines is preferred. Experience in sales, business development, or recruiting with proven success in exceeding targets. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and execution capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, positive, and creative mindset. Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude. Fluency in written and spoken Indonesian, English, Thai, and Chinese or other SEA languages is a plus.
