Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of creative materials from briefing through concepting, execution, and production, with guidance from the creative director.
Take ownership of high-priority projects and execute senior designer level work.
Ensure design consistency and excellence across deliverables including emails, in-app messages, blog posts, web pages, and event design.
Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across functions.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of experience in mentoring and leading design teams.
Background in visual product design, integrating brand and product.
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is a plus.
Creative problem-solving skills and mastery of composition, typography, color, and imagery.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and a passion for branding, animation, and design.
Experience streamlining production processes and maintaining an omni-channel marketing approach.
Leadership skills in fostering team culture, supporting development, and managing relationships with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Nice-To-Haves
Video and/or motion graphics experience.
3 D design experience.
Copywriting skills.
Background in Crypto or Fin Tech industries.
