Job & Responsibilities: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 3–8 years of experience to join our product development team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), developers, and other team members to design user-friendly interfaces for our AI-powered education platforms, internal CMS, and staff websites. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products are not only functional but also visually appealing and intuitive to use. Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) and stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements, product goals, and business needs. Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web platforms, internal tools, and staff-facing websites. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Create intuitive, user-centered designs that align with the company’s goals and brand guidelines. Work closely with development teams in Malaysia, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to provide design updates and feedback. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and team members. Develop and maintain design style guides, libraries, and reusable components to ensure consistency across platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 3–8 years of experience in UX/UI design for web or digital products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, usability, and accessibility best practices. Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus), and collaboration skills to work with cross-regional teams (Malaysia, Shenzhen, Hong Kong). Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis. Familiarity with design systems and component-based design. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment. Experience designing for AI or machine learning-based applications. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms.
