Learn more at Your Role Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be a key contributor to a lean, high-performing team.
You'll work on initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance market visibility, and position the firm for long-term success.
Key responsibilities: Design and execute business development plans and campaigns.
Craft compelling proposals and capability statements that win high-value mandates.
Capture and maintain the firm's credentials for marketing use.
Plan and execute client events, webinars, conferences and sponsorships.
Prepare targeted submissions for legal directories to elevate the firm's profile.
Create and manage content across digital platforms, including website and Linked In.
Maintain the firm's CRM system and client database to support data-driven outreach.
Oversee the design and production of branded merchandise and marketing assets.
Collaborate with Mishcon de Reya's teams on joint campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Who You Are You're a proactive thinker with a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in an agile environment, bring clarity to complexity, and know how to turn ideas into action.
You bring: Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in B2 B or professional services environment (law firm experience is a plus but not essential).
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word).
Hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms, including Linked In, website CMS and CRM systems (e.g.
Inter Action, Hubspot, Salesforce)Strong command of design tools, e.g.
Canva, Adobe In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
