Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD;The proposed staff shall take a leading role of facilitating the system implementation and the subsequent maintenance tasks. These include, but not limited to, the followings :-(a) Assist the project manager to manage and oversee the project implementation progress;(b) Coordinate with different stakeholders including end users, contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth running of projects;(c) Prepare the technical specifications for the related IT procurement for the project implementation;(d) Monitor the performance of the contractor and ensure the performance meeting the planned schedule and user expectation;(e) Perform quality control on the system design, application programs and related deliverables according to the government IT policies, standards, methodologies and best practices;(f) Assist users in user acceptance testing, training and system deployment and rollout at correctional institutions if necessary;(g) Coordinate with the contractors to support the security risk assessment and audit conducted by third parties; and(h) Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Experience 2.0 Requirements (a) Experience in supporting the implementation and support of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance;(b) Experience in system implementation and support of web-based application systems;(c) Familiar with Government regulations, policies, standards, guidelines, methodologies and qualify requirements, such as Baseline IT Security Policy, IT Security Guidelines, System Development Life Cycle, System Maintenance Plan, and Stores and Procurement Regulations;(d) Experience in providing administrative and technical support for Government systems hosting in Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) is an advantage;(e) Experience in system implementation and support of inventory control, stock management or delivery tracking system is an advantage;(f) Good communication skills, coordination skills and liaison skills;(g) Good command of Chinese and English;(h) Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and good team player;(i) Working at the remote correctional facilities for provision of support services as and when required; and(j) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required.Technical Skills:. At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);. At least 2 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE);. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);. 2 years' experience in SSADM (SDM) is an advantage;. 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage;. 1 year's experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage;. 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;. 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage.Non-technical Skills:. Good coordination skills is a must;. At least 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);. At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;. 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage;.
