On its behalf, we are currently seeking a Senior Market Research Analyst to join the market research team, responsible for supporting all in-house quantitative and qualitative related research projects for the group. Responsibilities: Responsible for handling and supporting in-house quantitative and qualitative research projects, including proposal writing, questionnaire design, data processing, data analysis and report writing. Refine customer segmentation models, conduct data analysis to understand customer behavior and write insightful reports. Data management and retrieval for analysis. Deliver customer and product analysis reports. Requirements: Bachelor degree holder in statistics, mathematics, marketing or any related discipline. At least eight (8) years of experience in either quantitative or qualitative market research. Good communication, coordination and analytical skills. Independent, self-motivated and detail-minded are important. Proficiency with SPSS, Excel and Power Point. Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.
