**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Customer Service Department to implement after-sales support service
Provide clerical support such as data entry, document filling & office admin work
Proactively identify clients' needs and development
Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Diploma holder with a minimum of one year of working experience in customer services or Certificate holder with a minimum of two years of working experience in customer services.
Good manner, communication, interpersonal and customer services skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage.
Relevant experience in customer services is preferred.
