**Job Description**:
Responsibilities:
Recruit club member for the mall (DP Club)
Perform customer service related duties such as handling / resolving customers' enquiries and complaints, providing hospitable and value services to our customers etc.
Perform club membership redemption duties and prepare related reports
Perform monthly parking issues and handle carpark redemption duties
Collect feedback from customers (VOC)
Support Supervisor for the assigned duties

Requirements:
F.6 / HKDSE or above / diploma holder in Hospitality / Property management / Tourism or related discipline
1-2 years' customer services experience in hotel or related field is preferred
Good command of Englishand Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Fresh Graduate will also be considered
