Responsibilities :- Be responsible for creating online marketing activities (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, linkedin, webinars, EDM, etc.
for both Hong Kong and worldwide) in order to improve brand awareness and maximize sales lead generation.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and effective marketing materials to achieve business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, including content creation and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing, and explore the right channels to reach our target customers.
Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns (such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs), providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Assist in managing and enhancing our Customer Relationship Management system to keep information up to date.
Requirement :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline - 2+ years of online marketing experience.- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Highly motivated by digital innovation, results-driven, proactive, and able to operate with minimal supervision.- Strong team player with a client-centric mindset, capable of effective cross-team collaboration.- Experience in garment industry / software industry is an advantage.
Knowledge with pattern-making is an advantage.
Hands on experience in contents design, copywriting are preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
