Summary As the Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) for Hong Kong, you will own the entire revenue and customer journey for Firework in the region. This leadership role involves driving sales, forging strategic partnerships, and overseeing customer success to strengthen relationships and maximize revenue across key APAC markets. You will spearhead GTM strategies to solidify Firework's position as a market leader. What You’ll Be Doing GTM Strategy Development and Execution: Define and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches, target market identification, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and global leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution of GTM initiatives. Revenue Growth: Identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities through pricing strategies, market entry tactics, and growth strategies. Partnership Development: Identify, secure, and nurture strategic partnerships to unlock new business channels and increase market penetration. Customer Success: Oversee the customer journey, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, long-term retention, and revenue expansion. Market Insights: Conduct market and customer research to understand trends, needs, and competitive dynamics, influencing product development and GTM tactics. Product Positioning: Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with our ideal customer profiles. People Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team and influence other teams to maintain high standards. Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting, influencing) and the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences, including executives.
