Our client, a leading pan-Asian retailer, is looking for a E-commerce / Social Media Specialist to support the upcoming campaigns in an expanding team.Job Descriptions:Drive traffic, customer acquisition, retention and engagement of the e-commerce platformAnalyze data and present data through reports that meet the KPIs and aid decision makingOptimize marketing performance based on insightsCreate marketing content for both above the line (social media, external digital media, print, etc.) and below the line (in app)Work closely with agencies and internal teams on communication projectsManage and liaise with designers, and other vendors for marketing collaterals developmentConduct market research, monitor market intelligence, analyze market data and campaign performance, report and share the insights with management and related partiesProvide general administrative support for the teamSupport in other marketing related tasks as neededJob Requirements:Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce or related disciplinesWith 2-3 years working experiences in performance marketing, ideally from the industry of retail, FMCG or consumer brands in Hong KongGood knowledge and experience of marketing landscape and fundamentals in the local HK marketExperience in managing and developing data integration, driving campaigns and ROIPerformance analytical skills in monitoring campaign performanceKnowledge of MarTech and its application into digital ecommerceUse of RFM segmentation methods and lifecycle managementComfortable working in fast-paced, agile, collaborative, and competitive team environmentWell organized, details-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in both spoken and written Chinese and EnglishInterested parties, please send your updated resume to GSH.HK@adecco.comPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
