**Job Description**:
JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with and satisfying the most important element of our company ? OUR CLIENTS. In the Customer Service Team, you will work closely with Customer Service Manager and other Consultants to set realistic productivity goals and work diligently towards in achieving them. To be successful in this role, you must possess great communication and client skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and follow up client enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Liaise and work closely with appropriate departments to provide the best solutions to client
Resolve all requests and inquiries from the clients with OCR (one call resolution) in mind
Must be able to handle emotional and demanding client in a calm and friendly manner
Attend training sessions to update skill set and knowledge of corporate procedures
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Linguistic Requirement:
Must be FLUENT in written and spoken in ENGLISH / KOREAN AND MANDARIN is a plus
Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and ?Can Do? attitude
Be client-focused and with a luxury mindset and ability to multitask in atimely manner
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A good team player and happy to work in a team-oriented environment
Working experience in online shopping platform, luxury retail industry, hospitality, airlines or call centre experience will be a plus
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
