What you'll be doing?Plan EDM campaigns: Design and schedule engaging email marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like Canva for visual creation.
Create campaign visuals: Develop eye-catching visuals for EDMs, banners, and social ads, leveraging AI tools for creative enhancement.
Manage website content: Update and maintain website content, ensuring a fresh and engaging user experience on platforms like Shopify.
Support marketing efforts: Assist the Marketing Executive by updating website content and managing product uploads during peak seasons.
Handle product listings: Upload and maintain accurate product information on Shopify, ensuring consistency and quality.
Process orders and returns: Manage daily orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer service: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency using customer service platforms.
Manage mainland e-shops: Oversee product listings and logistics on platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Tmall.
Coordinate product samples: Coordinate the borrowing, tracking, and return of product samples to the warehouse.
Content proofreading: Cross-check and proofread Traditional Chinese and English content on websites.
Reporting: Prepare weekly sales and performance reports, analyzing data for EDMs and social media.
Logistics coordination: Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock and smooth fulfillment.
Escalate issues: Identify and escalate any operational challenges to ensure seamless operations.
Who are they looking for?Design proficiency: Proficient in Canva and familiar with AI creative tools, with a keen eye for design and a passion for fashion and arts.
Technical skills: Experienced with EDM platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp, and platforms such as Shopify.
Excel expertise: Strong skills in Excel for reporting and analysis, with a focus on detail and organization.
Language skills: Bilingual in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, with a strong language sense for content checks.
