What you will do: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative menus that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques. Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans to promote culinary offerings and enhance the restaurant's brand. Provide excellent service to customers in a professional manner to drive guest satisfaction. Execute ESG concepts in controlling food costs within budget and minimizing food wastage. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and staff personal hygiene in meeting ISO22000 standards. Qualifications What you should have: Proven experience in renowned fine dining restaurants, demonstrating a high level of culinary expertise. Creativity and passion for crafting exceptional dishes that delight guests. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and grow the team.
