On-site Full Time 1 year or above Associate Fresh & Clean Technology Limited (aka: Zuvi) is looking for a Research Scientist in the field of Chemistry to conduct fundamental research on related fields of the company's upcoming consumer electronics products. Responsibilities: Conduct preliminary research and proof-of-concept validation for new projects, proposing innovative solutions and conducting feasibility analysis of key chemical ingredients. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems in existing products through root-cause analysis and experimental investigation to optimize overall product experience. Design and implement new testing methods, improving the efficiency and accuracy of existing test protocols regarding product formula (e.g., ratio of ingredients). Based on individual interests and expertise, opportunities to collaborate with other teams on initiatives related to product development, marketing, and other strategic areas. Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Chemistry or a related field (preferable Inorganic Chemistry) from a top-tier university. Solid theoretical knowledge, innovative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate diverse information sources. Sharp observation skills, meticulous experimental practices and data recording habits, with the ability to identify subtle details, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and mitigate potential risks. Hands-on experience in designing and executing systematic experiments, and familiarity with at least one of the following areas: simulation, hardware design, embedded systems, algorithm development, or data analysis. Strong transferable skills, ability to work independently and manage task priorities according to project plans. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, comfortable working effectively within and across teams. Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
