Job Description This position is both strategic and tactical, being part of the leadership team and driving a global marketing function. The incumbent will be responsible for defining customer segmentation and needs through insights and analysis. He or she will lead the development and implementation of global integrated marketing strategies and plans to connect key messages across all touchpoints and regions. Reporting into the CEO, he or she will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative multi-channel, multi-segment marketing strategies based on industry-leading insight that increase brand awareness, relevancy, and generate bottom-line impact. He or she will adopt a data-driven approach to drive marketing planning, brand storytelling, go-to-market strategies, and redesigning of customer journey to address customer needs and create desire. This role will also be responsible for building marketing organization capability and upskilling the teams by leading recruitment, coaching, training, and personal development. Through monitoring customer leads and data across their digital touchpoints, this position will drive digital acquisition, lead conversion, and ultimately business growth. The Successful Applicant Strategic thinking skills, leadership, and a highly developed set of integrated marketing skillsets. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines. At least 15 years of relevant experience and proven success in developing and implementing strategic brand marketing. Strategic and commercial acumen to navigate different markets, elevate the brand, and lead the development and execution of strategies on the ground. Global or international working experience is essential. Strong leadership who is highly agile and capable of working in a multicultural and remote context to bring out the full potential of the teams across regions. Well-polished in stakeholder management. Demonstrable capability of driving innovation and excellence with creativity, flexibility, and an open mind. Native English is preferred.
