We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a digital payment company offering blockchain-powered cards for daily digital asset use.
We are looking for a Head of Business to oversee marketing, sales, and business development. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and in building growth, partnerships, and ecosystems in web3.
Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies across marketing, sales, and business development to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth, aligned with business goals.
Establish the foundation for product growth and partnerships, build the team from scratch, and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Design and execute B2 C sales strategies to promote consumer adoption of our payment platform, focusing on user experience and value.
Collaborate with the tech team to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategies and decisions.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing channels and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in business management and go-to-market roles.
Proven experience in B2 C sales and marketing strategy within the web3 industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
Experience with product launches and cross-functional project management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
