Plan and execute global marketing activities (e.g., trade shows, product launches, KOL collaborations) to enhance brand exposure and user conversion.2. Brand Building and Communication Global Brand Management: Develop a unified brand core value system to ensure consistent global brand image. Lead the review of visual identity (VI) and strategic identity (SI) designs and manage communication content. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies (social media, PR, content marketing) to strengthen brand recognition and reputation. Digital Marketing and Growth: Formulate digital marketing strategies (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) to optimize user acquisition and retention. Manage overseas websites, apps, and social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to enhance interaction and follower growth.3. Public Relations and Crisis Management Media Relations and Crisis PR: Build a global media resource network (mainstream and industry-specific media) and lead press releases and media collaborations. Monitor brand sentiment, develop crisis response plans, and act quickly to protect corporate reputation. Government and Industry Relations: Liaise with overseas government agencies, industry associations, and key opinion leaders to expand the public relations support network.4. Team and Resource Management Team Building: Assemble and manage cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, design, etc.), establish performance evaluation systems, and cultivate core talent. Budget and ROI Management: Prepare annual marketing budgets, allocate resources, and monitor campaign effectiveness to ensure maximized ROI. Qualifications: Required: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related fields. Work Experience: Over 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in overseas market management and 5 years in team leadership. Proven success in building global brands from the ground up or achieving significant user growth, preferably in the internet, gaming, or Web3 sectors. Fluent in English as a working language; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, German) is a plus.
