SW8598 |17 Jan 2024 Helpdesk and Deskside Support Engineer (30-40k / No OT) Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through to a ticketing system. Familiar in O365 support. Perform first tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools. Coordinate with internal and external parties. Be responsible for drafting technical documents. Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors. Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline. Three years working experience in related IT field is preferable. Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage. Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft is must. Good command on written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
