SW8598 | 17 Jan 2024 Helpdesk and Deskside Support Engineer (30-40k / No OT) Responsibilities: Provide frontline helpdesk support on IT-related issues through a ticketing system. Familiar with O365 support. Perform first-tier troubleshooting with on-site and remote tools. Coordinate with internal and external parties. Draft technical documents. Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline. Three years of working experience in a related IT field is preferable. Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage. Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and other Microsoft products is a must. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
