As a member of our internationally diverse visual design team, you'll work closely with talented Product Designers, Brand Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers from some of the leading tech companies in the world. By applying your expertise in creative design, you'll play a key part in shaping our visual identity and pushing the boundaries of innovation to drive both user engagement and brand impact. What You’ll Be Doing We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid-Senior Level 3 D Visual Designer who will be responsible for elevating our brand’s visual presence and crafting innovative, dynamic user experiences. Your role will include the following key responsibilities:3 D Visual System Creation & Standardization: Design and establish a cohesive 3 D visual system for our products, ensuring the development of new visual standards that maintain consistency and high quality across all designs. Brand Visual 3 D Design: Lead the creation of 3 D designs for brand visuals, including but not limited to graphic design, illustrations, animation, rendering, and more. Ensure the designs align with the brand’s tone and effectively enhance brand identity. Brand Image Revitalization & Innovation: Participate in the evolution and rebranding of the company’s image, exploring creative directions and providing forward-thinking design solutions to boost brand recognition and user experience. Creative Design for Marketing & Product: Contribute to various marketing campaigns, product designs, and user interface designs, ensuring high-quality visual design and creative input for all relevant projects. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, operations, and marketing teams to understand business requirements and deliver creative design solutions that align with the company’s goals. Ensure that designs are effectively implemented and meet business objectives. Trend Monitoring & Design Innovation: Stay up-to-date with global design trends, explore new technologies and tools (such as AI design tools), and drive design innovation. Implement these technologies to enhance creative processes and workflow efficiency. What We Look For In You Educational Background: A degree in Graphic Design, 2 D / 3 D character design, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in 3 D visual design, and a strong portfolio showcasing your work.3 D Design Expertise: Solid proficiency in 3 D design with expertise in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc. Ability to work with a variety of styles and deliver high-quality creative solutions. Brand Design Insight: A deep understanding of brand visual systems and principles, including color theory, typography, composition, and the ability to adapt designs to match brand tones and identity. Comprehensive Design Skills: Ability to create designs across a variety of media, including illustration, graphic design, and 3 D motion design. Experience in independently handling design tasks in each of these areas. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and working in cross-functional teams. Nice to Haves Advanced 3 D Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard 3 D design software such as Cinema 4 D (C4 D), Blender, Maya, etc. Ability to independently complete modeling, rendering, layout, and animation tasks. Industry Experience: Previous experience in the internet, blockchain, gaming, or other relevant industries. Proven track record of successful projects and the ability to adapt designs for diverse business needs. Mandarin Proficiency: The ability to understand basic Mandarin is a plus. This skill will facilitate communication and collaboration with teams in different regions and enhance your ability to engage in cross-cultural discussions within our international team.
