Job Responsibilities: Perform daily front desk responsibilities with professionalism, including managing incoming calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, coordinating meeting room reservations and setup, as well as arranging courier and mail services.
Provide comprehensive office administration support, including office and facilities management, general administrative and clerical support.
Support the team with data entry , documents preparation and materials preparation; Assist in coordinating effectively with vendors and clients; Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor.
Job Requirements Diploma or above; Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administration duties Knowledge and experience in corporate services is a plus Excellent communication skills and strong customer service-oriented attitude.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Punctual, responsible, able to work independently, and possess a pleasant personality.
Immediate availability is preferred.
