Job Title: Assistant Manager Department: Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions Office Job ID: Job Posting Details Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement detailed event plans, coordinating logistics and marketing strategies to facilitate successful engagement activities for secondary school students.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, industry leaders, and external partners to enrich program offerings and create new initiatives.
Liaise and establish relationships with the secondary school community to promote the University Promote the University and student engagement programs to secondary school teachers and students and through targeted initiatives and effective marketing and communication strategies.
Plan and develop digital marketing plans and campaigns, develop and manage the website and design marketing collaterals.
Assist the Team Manager in the effective management of programs, marketing campaigns, administrative tasks, and various projects.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, program development, or event management.
Ability to manage fast-paced projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of educational trends and student needs.
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Chinese.
A candidate with digital marketing and event management experience will have an advantage.
Willingness to work outside of regular hours and on duty rosters as required Willingness to travel occasionally to support student engagement and recruitment efforts.(Duration: 2 years) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
